Solutions
Our TEMP°Track®
Industrial Data
Monitoring Solutions are capable of accepting a large range
of sensors such as humidity sensors, light intensity,
pressure sensors, voltage sensors, current sensors and pH
level sensors. We can customize a solution for any
application that requires data monitoring.
|
|
|
The
system can be customised to support any type of data
sensors including but not limited to :
- Humidity
- Voltage and Current
- Water Level
- Acidity (pH level)
- Pressure
- Light Intensity
- On/Off switches
|
BENEFITS
- Fully automate data monitoring and recording 24 hours/day, 7
days/week or according to a user defined duration.
- Wireless connectivity eliminates the need for cabling.
- Capable of real time monitoring of data and alams over a
wide geographical area using the public mobile network (GSM or
CDMA) .
- Provide auditable records for effective data management.
- Monitor and record the data profile during a process.
|
HOW IT WORKS
- It logs the temperature readings together with the time
stamps according to the Logging Interval specified by
the user.
- It continuously monitors the temperature for Out Of Range (OOR)
conditions. OOR conditions occur when the temperature exceeds
the user specified upper or lower alarm limits.
- When OOR conditions are detected, logging will occur
according to the Out Of Range Logging Interval. This
unique feature enables the TEMPoTrack®
to capture the temperature profile of OOR
conditions. The duration of the OOR condition and the minimum
or maximum temperature (lower or upper alarm limit exceeded)
are also stored.
- An alarm is raised only if the duration of the OOR condition
exceeds the Alarm Delay duration. This allows the user
to filter temporary fluctuations in temperature above the
alarm limits (eg. defrost cycle in a refrigerator) as “uneventful
alarms”.
- When temperatures fall back within the upper and lower alarm
limits, logging reverts back to the normal Logging Interval.
- Logged data can be viewed on the logger and on the computer
where connected.

Examples of Applications |
|
Standalone System
(More product details) |
The
standalone TEMPoTrack® Temperature
Logger
is suitable for
businesses that do not have a PC. The logger is equipped with a
user friendly menu system for configuration set-up. Logged
temperature data and alarms can be viewed on the LCD display of
the logger. The extensive alarm handling capabilities include a
visible alarm indicator. A flashing alarm indicates that an
alarm condition has occurred. The alarm details including the
time stamp, duration, temperature profile and min/max
temperature can be viewed on the alarm log. |
Suitable for
laboratories, chemical plants, wineries, and meat
processing
premises that do not have a computer (data needs to be
manually downloaded though) |
|
Point to Point System
(More
product details) |
In
a Point-to-Point TEMP°Track® Monitoring
System, temperature readings are transmitted and displayed on a
PC continuously, enabling remote monitoring of the temperature
levels and alarm conditions from the PC. The ability to
visualise temperature profile and alarm information enables
quick interpretation of data to determine product quality and
integrity.
This system is highly recommended for
applications requiring auditable records as it fully automates
data collection and processing. Graphical data and statistics
provided can also be used to monitor potential equipment failure
allowing for pre-emptive maintenance to be scheduled to prevent
costly breakdown of machinery and consequent loss of products.
|
Suitable
for ie. laboratories, chemical plants, wineries,
and meat processing premises that require monitoring of one
refrigerator and would like to
view live and historical temperature data in
graphical/report form on a computer |
| Point to
Multi Point System
(More
product details) |
As the number of monitoring points
increases, the Point-to-Point system can be expanded to
a Point-to-Multi Point Monitoring System by introducing
additional logger units. The point to point system is
the base system as described above. |
Suitable for
ie. laboratories, chemical plants, wineries, and
meat processing premises that require monitoring of more than one
refrigerator within the same location, and would like to
view live and historical temperature data in
graphical/report form on a computer |
| Network
System
(More product details) |
Our
TEMP°Track® Network systems enable
central administration of a cold chain management process that
spans multiple locations.
The Point-to-Point /Multi Point systems at each
site are connected via the Internet, a Local Area Network (LAN)
or a Wide Area Network (WAN) to an administration centre.
Temperature measurements are automatically
collected per site and archived to the administration centre
periodically.
|
Suitable for
groups of premises in different locations where local
and central viewing and/or management of temperature
data is necessary |
Note: For Point-to-Point, Point-to-Multi Point and Network System, TEMP°Track®
temperature loggers can be connected to a computer through any of
the following interfaces:
- Wired access – Serial port access to the Logger via
a serial cable. Maximum distance between logger and PC is up
to 10m only.
- Wireless access – Communication between logger and
PC up to 100m line of sight, longer distances up to 5km
possible with high gain wireless modules with external
antenna.
- GPRS access – Communication between logger and PC
can be established anywhere within coverage of the public
mobile network.
- Ethernet access – Communication between logger and
PC can be established by connecting the logger directly to any
ethernet port on a computer network
