Temperature Monitoring Systems were recently trialled at
Melbourne Park for the Australian Open Tennis 2010. Kitchens and food
stalls were monitored for the duration of the Australian Open. A central
monitoring station was set up to allow for viewing of temperature data
for each food facility being monitored across Melbourne Park.
