Our History
E2E IT Solutions Pty. Ltd. was established in February 2003 by the
management team of the Fixed and Mobile Core Networks Sector of a
multi-national mobile network vendor following the closure of it's
R&D facilities in Australia.
At the time of closure, the Fixed and Mobile Core Networks
Sector was recognised as a World class R&D organisation. On it’s
journey towards excellence, the Sector collected an impressive
list of awards including an Australian award for Excellence in
Software Process Improvement from the Australian Computer Society
and the Department of Industry, Science and Tourism, and two
Managing Director’s award for improvements and innovation. It
had full ISO 9001:2000 and CMM accreditation.

Our Directors
David Wong, Managing Director
Background: M.Eng. 14 years with Ericsson R&D, of which 5
years in technical roles across software design, system design and
product maintenance; then taking on various management roles
including Project Manager, System Manager, Maintenance Manager and
R&D General Manager; also as part of a global R&D
management team.
Margot Terrell-Jenkins, Director of Business Development
and Operations
Background: B.Bus, MBA. 13 years with Ericsson in various business
and people related roles including HR, staff development, resource
management, operations management, finance management, MIS
management and design unit management.
Francis Yan, Director of Systems and Services
Background: M.Sc, PostGradDip in Management. 4 years as system
engineer with a major telecom operator in Asia. 12 years with
Ericsson in various technical and managerial roles in the areas of
product R&D, project management, software development,
verification and support services.
David Dessardo, Director of Systems and Services
Background: AssDip, Grad.Cert. Management. 17 years with Ericsson
R&D in various technical and managerial roles including
software engineer, test engineer, system management, product
